Get Yourself In Shape and Reduce Your Stress

A two-for-one cardio and strength workout, boxing targets the entire body. In addition to boosting strength and cardiovascular fitness, boxing improves a number of skills related to fitness, including balance, coordination, reactivity, and agility.

Boxing works your entire body: arms, chest, back, abs, and legs.  After a full workout session, you know you've pushed yourself to your limits, and you'll feel great doing it.
